Formación

  • Relevant experience in Account Management with understanding of Digital, Direct Marketing & Telemarketing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proven relationship management skills with a track record of achieving sales results.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor financial performance of accounts.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and implement acquisition campaigns.
  • Focus on client retention and analyze the P&L of accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and maintain service levels.
