Capitole is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer - Chatbots & Voicebots to lead the technical evolution of our conversational AI ecosystem for an international project. English C1 is required, and the role is 100% remote for Spanish residents.

The candidate will architect agentic solutions, partner with global stakeholders, and drive Next-Gen AI platform adoption while ensuring enterprise security and governance within the Mercedes-Benz landscape context.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a Senior Chatbot Developer or equivalent conversational AI role.
• Azure and GCP cloud environments experience.
• Direct experience with Agentic AI, Agent2Agent architectures, and Google ADK.
• Solid working knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying chatbots and voicebots is highly favorable.

• Integration & Governance: drive technical product integration with enterprise security and AI principles.
• Vendor & Quality Management: manage tech vendors while ensuring QA and governance.
• Product Owner Collaboration: align delivery with the Product Owner's strategic goals.
• Platform Adoption & Innovation: drive internal adoption and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer - Chatbots & Voicebots (100%Remote-(Only Spanish Residents) to lead the technical evolution of our conversational AI ecosystem for an international project- English C1!

In this role, you will architect cutting-edge agentic solutions, partner with global stakeholders, and drive the adoption of Next-Gen AI platforms integrated seamlessly into our enterprise landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a Senior Chatbot Developer or equivalent conversational AI role.
• Cloud Platforms: Proven experience working with Azure and GCP cloud environments.
• Next-Gen AI Expertise: Direct experience building solutions with Agentic AI, Agent2Agentarchitectures, and the Google ADK**.
• LLMs & Generative AI: Solid working knowledge and hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Conversational AI Domain: Prior experience building and deploying both chatbots and voicebots is highly favorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Architecture Alignment: Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT to develop and guide a conversational AI platform strategy tailored to organizational needs.
• Pipeline & Opportunity Development: Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and develop a robust pipeline of conversational AI opportunities.
• Proof of Concepts (POCs): Execute successful POCs and pilots to demonstrate technology capability, platform fit, and strategic value.
• Integration & Governance: Drive technical product integration within the Mercedes-Benz landscape, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise security, operational standards, SecOps, and corporate AI principles.
• Vendor & Quality Management: Manage technology and delivery vendors while maintaining rigorous Quality Assurance and technical governance.
• Product Owner Collaboration: Maintain close communication and agile collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) to align delivery with strategic business goals.
• Platform Adoption & Innovation: Promote internal adoption of new platforms and continuously review emerging AI technologies (such as LLMs) to evaluate their potential to strengthen business cases.
