A leading global technology company is seeking a Senior Specialist in IT Solutions. This role involves assessing, designing, and delivering IT manufacturing solutions while acting as a key link between business and IT teams. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in relevant fields and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Engineering. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. The position is based in Valencia, Spain, and may require travel.

Formación

  • 7+ years of working experience in IT/Engineering field or related roles.
  • Experience in Project Management/System Analyst/Business Analyst in a software environment.
  • Knowledge of the full system development life cycle.

Summary

The Senior Specialist, IT Solutions provides business, process and technical expertise to teams that are responsible for assessing, designing, delivering and supporting IT manufacturing solutions. This role acts as a key functional link between the business community and the IT/development teams globally, focusing on leveraging software tools to optimize business processes within the Electronics Manufacturing industry.

Detailed Description

Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting the solution, testing, system implementation, and training.

Liaises with the business community to understand business processes and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.

Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design.

Create and maintain necessary documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.

Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.

Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT/Business Teams.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to explain technical ideas clearly

Good teamwork skills

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Can work independently and require less supervision

Takes initiative and keen to learn new system concepts

Knowledge or experience with full system development life cycle

Willing and able to travel when needed

Willing to keep up to date with developments in technology

At least 7 years of working experience in either IT/Engineering field in an Electronics Manufacturing industry; Or experience in Project Management/System Analyst/Business Analyst role preferably in a software development environment
