Overview

Vidext is a scale-up transforming how companies create, share and measure content with intelligent corporate communication platforms that empower employees to lead the business narrative with innovation. Vidext has two products: the updated Vidext that enhances AI-powered content creation for HR teams to optimize content creation. Common use cases include onboarding, training, Workplace Safety (PRL), and internal communications (reporting, newsletters, etc.). We currently serve more than 180 clients across sectors including Iberdrola, Loewe, ISDIN, Elecnor, Randstad and Mapfre. At the end of last year, we launched Boost, a solution that helps sales teams prospect leads through AI-powered interactive content, increasing effectiveness in generating new opportunities. Traditional sales presentations are no longer enough; Boost transforms static presentations into dynamic experiences with real-time data and smart tracking that enhances any pitch like never before.

Are you passionate about technology and startup environments and do you excel in Customer Success? We’re looking for you to join our Vidext team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer lifecycle (enterprise accounts), from onboarding to renewals and upsells.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure customers succeed with the Vidext platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and renewal.
  • Create and deliver video content resources for clients.
  • Support incidents and communicate them to the technical team.
  • Propose continuous improvements based on data to the Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 1 year of experience in B2B startups (preferably SaaS).
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, constantly seeking innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

What we’d like you to have

  • Sales experience is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of video creation or design.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
  • Open-mindedness to generate innovative and original ideas.
  • Strong social skills: people person, charisma.
  • Technologically proficient.

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday includes a 15-minute break for lunch or tea and 1 hour for meals; Start: 8:30–9:30; End: 18:00–19:00. Friday: half-day (6 hours); Start 8:30–9:30; End 14:30–15:30.
