This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned Back-End Developer with PHP and Laravel (ideally Full-Stack with Vue.js) who is looking for a new challenge and a step up into a leadership role!

Join a growing company in Malta, where you’ll lead a young, talented team, working on an exciting new project using Laravel and Vue.js as your main technologies. You’ll be at the forefront of technical decisions while staying hands-on with development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a development team while staying actively involved in coding.
• Architecting and optimizing back-end solutions using PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborating on full-stack development with Vue.js.
• Driving technical decisions and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You Need:

• Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, and back-end development.
• Full-stack experience with Vue.js is a big plus.
• A passion for clean architecture, scalability, and performance.
• Some experience mentoring or leading is ideal, but senior developers looking to step into leadership are welcome!

Salary: up to 60k euros/gross
