Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters España (AHE) recently defined its new vision to become a leader in industrial and technological innovation in the rotary-wing market in Spain, establishing itself as a driving force in the national defense ecosystem. To achieve this, AHE has launched a company-wide transformation plan currently underway, focusing on areas such as competitiveness, market, digitalization, and sustainability.

The role's mission is to support the execution and monitoring of this transformation plan to ensure objectives related to deadlines, scope, budget, quality, and methodology are met. The successful candidate will work within the transformation office and liaise with all company departments, gaining a comprehensive, cross-sectional view of the organization.

Main responsibilities include:

• Updating the Transformation Plan and its associated projects.
• Generating reports: Transformation Projects KPI Dashboard and Management Dashboard - Level 1+ Metrics.
• Supporting specific projects within the Transformation Plan.
• Assisting in organizing workshops and initiatives led by the Transformation team.
• Participating in transformation meetings with project teams.

Required skills are:

• Proficiency in office tools (G-Suite environment) at an intermediate-high level.
• Development of scripts at a user level.
• Knowledge of digitalization technologies.

By the end of the internship, the candidate will have gained knowledge in:

• Defining and implementing transformation strategies and plans in large companies.
• Applying project management methodologies (WBS, Planning, Business Case, etc.).
• Implementing tools for management improvement.
• Gaining a transversal understanding of the company (Design, Production, and Support).

This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, forming the foundation for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
