We have been generating climate-friendly and sustainable electricity from carbon-free Swiss hydropower for more than a hundred years and, as an international energy trader, we are present on all major European markets. Here, at Alpiq Spain, we are offering the possibility of joining an exciting project under development in an international environment, focused on the commercialization of electricity and gas, energy production in thermal and renewable installations and risk management solutions for clients and producers.

Responsibilities

  • New customers acquisition for electricity and gas supply, as well as generation of opportunities in energy services for onsite PV or similar projects.
  • Comprehensive management of assigned customers according to sales organisation.
  • Ability to generate and negotiate opportunities in Wholesale Business and Origination with physical and financial PPAs.
  • Interaction with other internal Business Areas in the Alpiq Group, essential for the development and management of supply contracts and collaboration agreements.
  • Reporting on sales activity.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and systems for the improvement of the Commercialisation Business.

Skills and knowledge

  • At least 3 years' experience in similar functions.
  • Good knowledge of the energy market: electricity, gas, wholesale and origination.
  • Advanced level of English C1.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, as well as a business and change management vision.
