The main mission of the job holder is to support the management activities of CapEx investments and Resources within the scope of ODC Illescas Plant.
The job holder collaborates with internal stakeholders (CapEx and Resources manager, project leaders, HR, Ho functions, Finance) and external stakeholders such as the Capex Central team or OD P&I (ODE).
CapEx management's impact is critical, ensuring correct funding and planning according to CapEx policies, mainly affecting H&S topics, Ramp Up, New developments, obsolescence, and productivity projects. Currently, the CapEx manager manages an annual CapEx budget of 30 million euros within the plant.
