Hollister - Key Lead, Plaza Norte 2

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Availability of at least 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
• Required availability on weekends and certain holidays
• Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs

Qualifications: What it Takes

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory/managerial experience required
• Fluency in English & Spanish (CEFR B2)
