Investor Relations and Capital Strategy Manager

Location: 100% Remote.

Contract type: Commercial.

Compensation: Variable, aligned with capital raised.

Who are we?

We are a collective real estate investment fund managed by a professional structure that combines financial, tax, and operational expertise with direct execution on the ground. Our strategy focuses on acquiring, transforming, and leasing residential assets in established urban areas, with a differential approach emphasizing efficiency, branding, and full-cycle control.

As we expand, we seek to add a leadership profile with commercial and institutional expertise, responsible for capital raising and investor relations.

Your mission

You will act as the link between the investment vehicle and the private capital ecosystem (individuals, family offices, qualified investors, private and institutional banking). You will design and execute fundraising strategies, lead investor contact and follow-up, and ensure coherence between the pipeline of operations and financing capacity.

You will also represent the fund to strategic entities and collaborate on designing new investment theses and future PropCos or funds.

Responsibilities

Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, attract, and convert qualified investors.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for investors.
  • Present the fund and its metrics clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with the investor base.
  • Represent the fund to banks, advisors, institutional brokers, and co-investors.
  • Support negotiations with strategic third parties.

Fundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Develop and implement capital raising strategies.
  • Manage investor exits with replacement capital.
  • Expand access to capital through wealth managers, private banks, institutional platforms, etc.
  • Monitor market trends and investor interests.
  • Support the design of new funds or parallel strategies if the current vehicle is consolidated.

Deal Support & Pipeline Development

  • Coordinate the flow between operational pipeline needs and capital availability.
  • Evaluate the fit between investors and specific operations.
  • Provide real market and final investor feedback to the investment team.

Required Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in similar roles within real estate funds, asset managers, private banking, securities firms, or co-investment structures.
  • Proven experience in capital raising and managing relationships with qualified investors.
  • Knowledge of investment vehicle structures.
  • Experience in international settings or dealing with foreign investors is valued.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and analytical.
  • Negotiation and commercial leadership abilities.
  • Good understanding of the Spanish real estate, fiscal, and financial environment.
  • Having an existing client portfolio is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or similar.
  • Master's or additional training in Corporate Finance, Fund Management, or Alternative Investments is valued.
