Service description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA solutions, and proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects across multiple business units.

10 years SAP project management, PMP, SAP Activate certification

Skills required (must have) :

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3 full‑cycle S / 4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA modules and integration points.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Manage full lifecycle SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, resolving project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Budget & Resource Management: manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
• Quality Assurance: oversee testing phases, data migration, and cutover activities, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.
• SAP Activate certified.
• Spanish native and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Additional skills required (nice to have) :

• PMP, PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.

Requirements (other) :

• 1st Language: Spanish
• 2nd Language: English professional working (fluent)
