AXA Partners, miembro del Grupo AXA, es líder mundial en su sector y uno de los mayores proveedores de asistencia del mundo. Actualmente buscamos Agentes / Tramitadores para integrarse en nuestra Unidad de Negocio de Auto en Barcelona.

Qué buscamos de ti

• Buena capacidad de aprendizaje.
• Excelente actitud de servicio y orientación al cliente.
• Habilidades de comunicación. Buena comunicación oral y escrita.
• Orientación a resultados, trabajo bajo presión.

Cómo será tu día a día

• Recepción de llamadas relativas a siniestros de Auto para abrir expedientes y atender incidencias y consultas de los mismos.
• Emisión de llamadas para aclaraciones al cliente, al proveedor, a Compañía cliente.
• Tareas administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de cada caso.

Horarios

• Lunes a Viernes de 16:00h a 21:40h
• Sábado, domingo y todos los festivos + lunes de 15:00 a 23:00

Eres perfecto para esta posición si

• Formación: Indiferente.
• Idiomas: catalán y español.
• Experiencia previa en atención telefónica (mínimo 1 año). Valorable sector seguros, pero no imprescindible.
• Disponibilidad en la franja horaria solicitada.
• Dominio de herramientas de ofimática.

Disponibilidad completa para realizar formación previa de 2 semanas de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00h a 14:30h.
