This role will focus exclusively on the support side of the business, leveraging Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to deliver smart, scalable solutions that drive customer success.Automation is at the core of this role, and expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow is essential. You’ll work closely with support stakeholders to understand their needs, optimize processes, and enhance self-service capabilities through Experience Cloud.Key responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a focus on support operations.- Build and maintain advanced Flow automations to streamline case management, escalation processes, and support workflows.- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes aligned with best practices.- Configure and maintain customer-facing portals and knowledge bases in Experience Cloud, enabling scalable self-service.- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance through proper use of roles, profiles, and permission sets.- Provide user support and training for support teams, and manage issue resolution.- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to existing configurations.- Partner with development teams as needed for more complex technical implementations or integrations.Required skills & experience- Solid experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.- Advanced Salesforce Flow expertise is a must (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows).- Proven ability to deliver support-side solutions such as case lifecycle automation, SLA tracking, and omnichannel routing.- Experience configuring and managing Experience Cloud sites with a customer-first design approach.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Experience managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing settings, and field-level security.- Salesforce Administrator and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.- Experience with integrated tools like 123 Form Builder, or other third-party low-code form and workflow tools.Nice to have- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI (e.g., Case Classification, Article Recommendations).- Proficiency in Spanish (not required, but beneficial).Why PlanetPlanet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.At Planet, we embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office.Reasonable accommodations may be made in order to allow for an individual to perform the essential functions of this role successfully.About Us- Company Background- Planet provides integrated software, payment and technology solutions for its customers in the Hospitality and Retail sectors and worldwide via a network of global Financial Services Partners.- Founded over 35 years ago, we have evolved our services, delivering an innovative digital commerce platform that puts customer experience first.- With headquarters in London and around 3,000 expert employees located across six continents we serve customers in over 120 markets.
