Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Viladecans, Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to lead logistical projects in the field of clinical trials.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage clinical trial logistics projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
2. Coordinate with Business Development, Technical Management, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure project success.
3. Facilitate internal communication regarding tasks and responsibilities among the Operations team and other departments.
4. Monitor process development with the internal team, ensuring quality and standards compliance.
5. Create or improve procedures to address challenges and needs, and implement new services throughout the project.
6. Maintain smooth communication with clients through meetings and teleconferences, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
7. Prepare detailed reports on project progress and activities.
8. Participate actively in the coordination of clinical trials at national and international levels, aligning objectives and processes.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with external clients.
• Degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, or related fields.
• High proficiency in English; a test will be conducted during the selection process.
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented individual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with management information systems.
