Position: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Industrial

Location: Villanueva de Gállego - Zaragoza

An industrial company is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager (KAM), responsible for managing and developing the company's client portfolio in line with corporate strategy. The main tasks include:

  1. Managing and expanding the client portfolio
  2. Sector prospecting
  3. Locating relevant information (web, sector publications, etc.)
  4. Reading published tenders (public and private)
  5. Managing projects and orders
  6. Coordinating client relationships
  7. Organizing workshops or technical days with clients in the region
  8. Market analysis: sales, visits, competition, etc.
  9. Reporting results to the area manager
  10. Proposing actions to improve sales results
  11. Monthly follow-up of export representatives' activities and review of commissions
  12. Providing market feedback
  13. Reporting commercial activities

Requirements:

  • University Degree / Higher Vocational Training, preferably technical specialties
  • Specific experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Knowledge of ATEX is valued
  • Experience in B2B markets
  • 5-10 years of experience managing international client portfolios, preferably in sectors like oil & mining, chemical, industrial lighting, with knowledge of the Middle East market valued
  • Languages: high level of English, intermediate French valued
  • Proficient in Office, ERP, CRM
