Your mission

Build a predictable inbound growth engine that drives a continuous flow of qualified leads and scale Review Collect from €500K ARR → €10M ARR.

You'll have total freedom to create, test, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Elevate our storytelling across website, campaigns, videos, and decks
• Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Continuously test angles, creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Develop a SEO + content strategy to massively grow organic traffic
• Produce case studies, guides, videos, and high-value content
• Work closely with the founders to create a global demand engine
• Automation, SQL, and growth stack are fully managed internally → your focus is marketing, scale, and ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing within a SaaS B2B environment
• Turning a SaaS product into a best-selling online success
• Strong expertise in copywriting, positioning, packaging, and conversion
• Skilled at creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets
• Fluent English mandatory
• Performance-obsessed → CAC, ROAS, MRR, ARR are your playground
• Creative + analytical → you find the right angles and test them fast
