Role & Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide exceptional, personalized service aligned with our values.
• Foster customer loyalty and inspire through our exclusive product range.
• Restock, manage, and track store products and stock.
• Execute Visual Merchandising guidelines to present space and products attractively and effectively.
• Apply Lacoste selling steps and selling ceremony in sales management.
• Meet store KPIs and objectives; report and support your manager continuously.
• Collaborate with your team and demonstrate a collaborative, respectful, and responsible work style.
