Regulatory Affairs Technician

Overview

LIVISTO is an international pharmaceutical company with extensive experience in the veterinary sector. The company develops, produces and markets high‑quality animal health products for livestock, poultry, companion animals and horses, operating in more than 125 countries and employing over 500 people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for new registrations, renewals and variations in compliance with each country’s regulations.
• Maintain and develop communication with regulatory authorities and distributors in each country.
• Respond to deficiency letters ensuring the deadlines set by the authorities.
• Inform the involved departments of any updates to the registration dossier and labeling changes to guarantee compliance with the marketing authorization.
• Review templates and texts.
• Maintain the department’s database and knowledge of RIMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related sciences.
• English level C1 (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in the described functions.
• Experience working in a registration department.
• Communication skills, teamwork and proactiveness.
