?? WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a

dynamic, proactive and talented person

to join our team and perform the following

tasks :
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning etc.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated Supply chain solutions.
Provide functional, technical leadership in all phases of the project lifecycle: Advisory, requirements gathering,



fit gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
Establish best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud SCM architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features as appropriate.
Foster continuous improvement and help build a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with at least 5+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, especially in Order to Cash business process areas.
Experience of performing as lead SCM cloud architect of minimum 2-3 large scale transformation engagements (>5+Mn$) in Oracle cloud technologies
Strong knowledge on supply chain processes and proven experience across oracle cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Planning etc.).
At least deeper experience in 3 of the modules




Implementation Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
Experience in driving Business discovery sessions, Conference Room Pilot sessions, Design Workshops with Business and IT stakeholders and leading implementation.
Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English, ability to create presentations, able to Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
Proven ability to lead client workshops to explain solutions, approach, alternative options, suggestion of business change to fit to product features
