WHAT YOU WILL DO

Santander CIB is seeking a Business Analyst for our Málaga office. Your goal will be to support the Product Owner in IT projects within the ACPM domain.

Your responsibilities include high-level requirements gathering, technical design, test planning, execution in PRE, validation in Production, and ongoing support and maintenance. All efforts aim to find innovative solutions that simplify users' daily work.

We need someone to help us in various areas:

• Define the overall process/data flow of the domain and its relation to systems.
• Detail User Stories.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on the overall system map and component details.
• Work with the Product Owner on integrated test plans and UAT.
• Execute data reconciliation and validation processes before deployment to Production.
• Support the implementation of system evolutions and plans.
• Participate in the domain's technological strategy: Automated Testing, AI Adoption, Pipeline integration.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodology.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years in a similar role or equivalent.

EDUCATION

• Higher degree in Finance; a Master’s or IT background is valued.
• Intermediate-High English (C1).

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Required:

• Functional knowledge of SCIB financial products.
• Experience in technology projects: Capital information systems, Regulatory reporting, Risk management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferably Scrum).
