Job Description & Summary: In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC\'s values and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

• Búsqueda y selección de perfiles.
• Seguimiento de candidatos.
• Envío de pruebas a candidatos.
• Convocatoria a dinámica de grupo.
• Participación en dinámicas de grupo y entrevistas.
• Gestión de los procesos de selección a través de la plataforma Workday.
• Soporte al equipo en tareas administrativas, entre otros.

Ofrecemos la oportunidad de aprender a gestionar de forma autónoma diferentes procesos de selección tanto de perfiles junior como senior.

Qualifications

• Estudiante de Máster en Gestión de RRHH (con posibilidad de realizar un convenio de prácticas con la universidad)
• Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía.
• Alto nivel de inglés.
• Alta capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación a alto nivel.
• Planificación y calidad en el trabajo.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad Full time
