What will make you succeed in this position?

• Demonstrable knowledge of generative IA techniques, LLMs
• Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning
• Solid knowledge of Python and SQL
• Ability to identify business problems and translate them into solutions based on artificial intelligence
• Experience in Cloud AWS and Databricks
• Ability to work in a team and have a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• English level C1

What will your mission be in the company?

Your mission will be to develop and adapt mathematical algorithms oriented to the diagnosis of complex assets to be integrated into high-performance software products, coordination with the Product area for the correct incorporation of IA tools in the Leadmind ecosystem, development of tools for algorithm optimization, deployment control, and code organization.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Develop artificial intelligence models with autonomy and critical thinking
• Participate in innovative intelligence projects
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in the definition and improvement of best practices for data analysis within the department
• Explore new techniques and tools in the field of IA and data science
• Management of multidisciplinary business and technology relationships
