At Plukon Spain, in a phase of expansion, we are seeking talent in various areas. Specifically, within the ENGINEERING department at the Cuacos de Yuste Plant, we are looking to fill a position for a Plant Projects Engineer interested in our project and eager to join a dynamic and committed team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out projects for plant expansions and improvements, including design, updating plans, liaising with suppliers, requesting quotes, and planning works.
• Participating in the HACCP team: contributing ideas to improve product quality and safety.
• Ensuring that information exchange processes between departments are carried out according to quality and time standards, optimizing processes, equipment, or resources when necessary.
• Being part of the Food Defense team.
• Planning potential deviations of PCs/PCCs in collaboration with Production and Quality Management, establishing preventive measures.
• Ensuring timely repairs or actions in the facilities.
• Continuously evaluating plant performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure success.

Requirements

• Technical Industrial Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Processes, Industrial Installations, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Valuable knowledge in industrial electrical design, mechanics, pneumatics, automation.
• Experience managing industrial projects.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in continuous improvement project management.
