BUSCAMOS PARA INTERESANTE PROYECTO DE CLIENTE en MÁLAGA, SCRUM MASTER, con NIVEL ALTO DE INGLÉS CONVERSACIONAL, Y AL MENOS UN MÍNIMO DE 2 Ó 3 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA.

Responsabilidades

• Scrum de un equipo de Trabajo.
• Tienen que conocer bien la metodología y hablar bien ingles.
• Herramientas: Jira, Confluence, Teams.
• Condiciones
• Modelo Hibrido: Solemos pedir una presencialidad en la oficina por semana; si es un perfil de Sevilla, presencialidad en la oficina de Sevilla con los otros compañeros de la zona y alguna vez en Málaga (visita de cliente, retrospectiva, reunión de grupo o de equipo, etc.), pero es algo puntual. Suele haber varios de Sevilla que se desplazan en coche (ida y vuelta en el día).
• El contrato laboral es en Málaga, por lo que los desplazamientos corren a cuenta del empleado a menos que haya que ir a una localización fuera de Málaga que lo cubre la empresa.
• Horario Flexible: L-J 9-19 o 8-18; V 9-15 o 8-14.
• Hacemos 42h/semana; esas 2 horas de más se guardan para consumirlas en la Semana Santa y en la última semana de diciembre.
• Las vacantes son para el desarrollo de productos para nuestra filial en USA, importante que hablen inglés.
• Las Vacaciones suelen ser en Agosto.

Requisitos

• Demonstrates thorough abilities and / or a proven record of success in executing client engagements and / or projects within a professional services environment with industry or functional domain knowledge and including the following areas :
• Ability to transmit Scrum values to the team.
• Agile Teams Management
• Supporting clients with the final product.
• Demonstrate extensive analytical skills.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Customer, Product, and Pricing Analysis
• Demonstrates some knowledge of other agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, scaled frameworks, etc...
• Demonstrates excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills including the ability to exercise mature judgement in delicate situations.
• Demonstrates a history of and proven experience making tough decisions and delivering hard messages as required to get the job done. Demonstrates some knowledge of test-driven development.
• Coaching / mentoring and facilitator; critical role in ensuring team building within the Agile squad.
• Driver of the key agile practices within the squad.
• Helping the team to make decisions. Fostering the dev team’s self-organization.
• Mediating the general conflict of goals between development team and Product Owner.
• Ensure team is involved in rough effort estimation
• Remove impediment.
• Facilitate the Scrum process is understood by all team members before execution.
• Facilitate the Scrum event.
• Train PO if needed in his / her role’s responsibilities : Creating US, release organization
• Get proper metrics to show Scrum Team progress, gaps to resolve, velocity, burndown, Jira team metrics
• Participate on Agile Community being in contact with rest of Scrum Masters to share best practices.
