Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly engaging lessons. Conduct in-person or hybrid classes in Physics using our cutting-edge methodology.
• Leverage small class sizes to create a supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions to share best practices and contribute to the continuous evolution of our teaching approach.
• Offer regular, constructive feedback to both students and academic coordinators, ensuring educational goals are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience teaching IGCSE, A-Level, or IB curricula. Applications from individuals without formal teaching experience but with a strong passion to begin a career in tutoring are welcome.
• Language proficiency: Native-level or advanced (C2) proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for education and the ability to connect with teenagers.
• A self-motivated and organised professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and tech-enabled environment.

What we offer

• Attractive rates: Earn between 20€ and 50€ per hour, with clear compensation adjustments based on class type and size.
• Performance and Seniority bonuses: Eligible for bonus pay when your students achieve or surpass their target grades, rewarding your direct impact on student success. Additional bonus scheme based on long term commitment.
• Afternoon-only schedules: All tutoring classes are scheduled between 5:15 pm and 9:15 pm (Monday to Friday).
• Morning options: Higher involvement opportunities with morning one-on-one classes to private candidates from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm.
• Customizable hours: Choose between part-time or full-time options.
