Overview

We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager. The job is executed satisfactorily when: a unique customer experience is created within the assigned outlet concept; the highest efficiency and customer satisfaction is achieved through the good management of the service team and in cooperation with the culinary team; sales are encouraged and customer satisfaction is maximized; health and hygiene standards (APPCC) are complied with; energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled; good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.

Responsibilities

• Usual responsibilities of the position include: Be on time for duty with clean uniform and correct personal appearance and hygiene. Assist the Outlet Manager to run the outlet efficiently. Always provide professional and courteous service and ensure that all employees follow suit. Ensure that the workplace and its surroundings are kept clean and always organised. Be familiar with all the services and products offered at the outlet. Know how to operate the existing POS system. Plan the daily routine checklist and division of posts according to the work schedule. Deal with customer queries and complaints at the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner and report to the Outlet Manager ensuring follow-up with the customer. To perform the opening and closing of the Outlet.

El trabajo de Assistant Restaurant Manager se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando :

• Se crea una experiencia única para los clientes dentro del concepto del outlet asignado.
• Se consigue la mayor eficacia y satisfacción de los clientes a través de la buena gestión del equipo de servicio y en cooperación con el equipo de culinary.
• Se fomentan las ventas y se maximiza la satisfacción de los clientes.
• Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
• Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

Responsabilidades habituales

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: Presentarse puntualmente al servicio con el uniforme limpio y apariencia personal e higiene correcta. Ayuda al Outlet Manager a dirigir el outlet de forma eficiente. Proporcionar un servicio profesional y cortés en todo momento y asegurarse de que todos los empleados sigan el ejemplo. Garantizar que el lugar de trabajo y sus alrededores se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. Conocer todos los servicios y productos que ofrece el outlet. Saber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. Planificar la lista de comprobación de la rutina diaria y la división de los puestos de acuerdo con el programa de trabajo. Atender las consultas y quejas de los clientes en el punto de venta de manera cortés y eficiente e informar al Outlet Manager asegurando que se realice el seguimiento con el cliente. Realizar la apertura y cierre del Outlet.

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities :

• Openminded, EU Citizenship.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in 5 star / luxury hotels.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic
