Position

HR Specialist at the pasta production plant in Alcañiz.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR for a team of over 85 employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Talent acquisition: Define needs with Hiring Manager and manage end‑to‑end selection.
  • Employee lifecycle management: Oversee training, development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain positive labor relations and communicate with the works council.
  • Coordinate and manage with different external workforce agencies.
  • Personnel administration: Manage hires, terminations and contract modifications.
  • Payroll and benefits administration.
  • Employee attention and incident resolution: Act as single point of contact for plant employees and managers.
  • Internal promotion and rotation management.
  • Define and execute engagement plan with managers.
  • Internal team communication.

Qualifications

  • Basic training in a high school course in Administration, HR or higher.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Desirable experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Desirable minimum B2 level of English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Desirable experience in labor relations and interaction with works councils.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and personnel administration processes.
  • Proactive personality with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Teamwork: ability to work effectively remotely.
  • Driving licence required.
  • Availability to go politely to the central offices in Barcelona.
