El abogado/a tendrá la oportunidad de participar en la redacción de escritos tanto en fase judicial como extrajudicial y asistirá a las vistas incluyendo la asistencia en audiencias previas y juicios de los citados procedimientos. Asimismo llevará un seguimiento del todo proceso judicial de inicio a fin.
