German customer service with sale

Overview

Customer Service Department's objective is to attend and advise the customer, to favour the sale, helping them to find the best solutions, from product information to the delivery and subsequent follow-up of the order. Responsibilities

• Reception of customer calls.
• After-sales service.
• Management of e-mails.
• Management of the website chat.
• Seguimiento de la cartera de clientes (particular / profesional).
• Atención al cliente: seguimiento y resolución de incidencias en el proceso de venta.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of ESO graduate. Training in Commerce and Marketing is an advantage.
• Digital skills.
• Native German speaker or bilingual.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, commercial and/or sales positions.
• Organised, methodical, customer-oriented, good communication skills, versatility and eagerness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
