With millions of loyal users worldwide, TikTok aims to provide a new and improved commerce experience. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our operations team to build an innovative, secure, and user-friendly commerce ecosystem.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Map the ecommerce category and subcategories landscape, and prioritize segments for development in collaboration with partners.
  2. Define go-to-market strategies for categories/sub-categories and develop clear roadmaps for managing long-tail partners.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor category performance.
  4. Partner acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, develop onboarding solutions (including business models, creator affiliations, partner education), and establish mid- and long-term account plans to support sustainable growth on the platform.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support partners with content on the platform.
  6. Lead internal projects to enhance the ecommerce ecosystem, including campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.
  7. Develop initiatives to continuously enhance competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and change.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong team player, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, changing industry.
  • Interest or experience in social content, content marketing, influencers, and creativity within relevant categories.
