Position: Customer Service Associate - Supermarket El Corte Inglés Burgos

We are opening a new supermarket in Burgos and are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our team. This role involves providing personalized and high-quality assistance to customers, advising them on their purchases, and promoting the sale of fresh products. You will ensure attractive product presentation, drive sales through proactive service, and contribute to customer loyalty by delivering a satisfying shopping experience.

Main Functions and Requirements

1. Management and handling of merchandise.
2. Sales and customer service.
3. Proper product placement and maintenance.
4. Advising and selling products and services.
5. Handling cutting and packaging tools for order fulfillment.
6. Assembling and disassembling counters and shelves.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Full availability.
