Qualifications:

• A degree or relevant experience in people management.
• Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.

A Day in the Life:

You will work in shifts at one of our sites, focusing on safety, quality, and performance. Your role includes managing operations, driving process improvements, and mentoring new managers. The day varies from routine management to strategic tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
