Are you passionate about cycling and have strong technical knowledge of products? This is your opportunity! ORBEA, innovation and design come together with a true passion for cycling. We are looking for an After-Sales Technician who shares our vision and wants to be part of a dynamic team within a well-established, growing company. If you love solving problems, have exceptional communication skills, and are fluent in English (plus another key language such as Italian, Portuguese, French, or German), we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage dealer claims, turning each interaction into a positive experience.
• Ensure proactive, top-quality customer service, guaranteeing the satisfaction of both dealers and end users.
• Provide technical training and information to our sales network.

What we look for / Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge of bicycles and their components.
• Experience in customer service.
• High level of English and another key language (Italian, Portuguese, French, or German).
• Autonomy and strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work at our headquarters in Mallabia, Basque Country.
