Laboratory Technician

The work will involve supporting projects related to the RICOR implications of the group by preparing cells, samples, and experimental models across different groups. Responsibilities include collecting samples from patients and experimental animals, as well as storage, sorting, and processing of samples.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell culture
• GCP certificate
• Experience in cell proliferation and viability assays
• Handling of mesenchymal stem cells (Isolation, characterization, etc.)
• Experience with molecular biology techniques: PCR, digital PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA, plasma nucleic acid isolation, flow cytometry

Specific Requirements:

• Experience with flow cytometry
• Extraction of nucleic acids
• Sample and database management
• Experience working in a hospital environment
• Inclusion in scientific publications with impact factor
