Overview

Engineer / Tech Lead with solid experience in Java or Python for a flagship AI Generative banking project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive innovative AI generative solutions, Copilot, LLMs and agents.
• Design and build scalable architectures: microservices, DDD, clean code, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
• Ensure software quality through testing and engineering best practices.
• Work in a cloud-first environment with focus on scalability and security.

What we look for

• 3 to 5 years of experience as developer or tech lead.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments and modern architectures.
• Innovative mindset, development best practices and passion for technology.

Conditions
