CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
(Remote ‐ CET ± 4 h)
This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO. You will be both the technical marketing operator maintaining campaigns and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and optimized profit ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities
MK Technical Ops & Analytics
Own the Mautic stack – installs, upgrades, plugins, security.
SSH into servers to audit & tune cronjobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups) with Dev-OP.
Spot & fix mis-configurations like duplicate triggers or missing workers.
Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on our engagement_daily table to validate KPIs and craft ad-hoc insight reports.
Monitor deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus & MXToolBox; keep inbox placement > 95%.
Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI & ad platforms via API/Webhooks.

Customer Success & Coordination
Act as primary Success contact for assigned accounts: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, and client; ensure expectations, blockers, and ETAs are clear.
Present weekly performance decks highlighting growth in active users, clicks, revenue, and next-step experiments.
Capture feedback and turn it into backlog items or optimization ideas.

Project Prioritization & Growth
Co-own JIRA boards with the CEO; prioritize for maximum ROI.
Run mini-experiments (subject-line tests, new segment roll-outs) and measure lift.
Prospect & scope new customers fitting our profile (10 MM+ emails/month).

Traits & Skills We Value
2–4 yrs CRM/Marketing Automation, 1 yr+ as primary Mautic owner.
SQL proficiency on Amazon Athena (window functions, partitions).
Linux CLI skills: cron, log grep, bash scripting.
Customer-facing clarity – explain DNS vs DKIM and trade-offs.
Project management skills – attention to detail, tidy Kanban, “definition of done”.
Kaizen & Frugality – iterate fast, ship value with lean resources.
Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for rapid drafts & queries.
Bonus: Experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.

Success in 30 / 60 / 90 Days
30 days: Create a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up, SES credentials, Mautic settings, cron; document and coordinate.
60 days: Own Customer Success for a client: 4 weeks of growth in active users, clicks, volume, revenue; conduct weekly syncs, proactively resolve issues.
90 days: Manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal CEO intervention; source and scope a new customer.
