Your Role

As our Rentals Manager, you'll:

• Lead and grow our rentals division with energy and vision.
• Build lasting relationships with property owners and clients.
• Oversee listings, marketing, viewings, and deal negotiations.
• Drive performance and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Deliver the Roccabox experience with five‑star service every time.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English & Spanish (extra languages a big plus).

• Confident, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Exceptional communicator and natural leader.
• Real Estate Experience Preferred. Ambition Essential.
• Full driver's license and own vehicle.
