Responsibilities
Co-responsible for achieving an optimal sales level for our product range and for the store team management.
Provide support to the store manager in tracking sales and inventory, and help improve store layout and shelves to optimise sales.
Together with the team, ensure necessary progress on cleanliness and store appearance.
Assist with staff scheduling, manage accepted applications, and respond to questions from colleagues or customers to create an at-home feeling for everyone.

Requirements
At least two years of experience in retail
Ability to work full-time
Available to work five days a week, often including weekends and rotating shifts
Driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to motivate the team
