Job Opening: Store and Warehouse Assistant / Product Manager

We are seeking a motivated Store and Warehouse Assistant / Product Manager with a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities include:

1. Attending to retail customers, understanding cosmetic products, and providing excellent customer service.
2. Assisting wholesale clients by offering trending products to enhance their sales, including cross-selling strategies.
3. Replenishing stock and updating inventory records.
4. Processing online orders and packaging products.
5. Providing online customer support, including effective email communication.
6. Teamwork and working under pressure.
7. Managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, creating UGC content.
8. Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and quick calculator skills for calculations and transactions.
9. Image editing skills using PowerPoint or Canva, including removing backgrounds ('Clean Image').
10. Using language translation tools effectively.

Required Languages: Spanish (Advanced), Basic English

Experience: Required

Work Schedule: Full-time, Sunday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary: €1,300 – €1,500 per month

Start Date: Immediate incorporation
