How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Provide daily attention to patients at their homes, clinics, or via telephone to deliver various services such as high, review of equipment, incident resolution, and equipment removal, ensuring personalized and specialized care, informing patients and their families, and verifying their understanding according to Group AL procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with patients or their families for service delivery.
- Describe and instruct patients/families/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, equipment, and consumables, including safety, hygiene, and maintenance aspects.
- Provide educational, audiovisual, and other materials related to therapy, equipment, and installed materials, ensuring patient and caregiver understanding.
- Deliver daily patient care at their homes, points of care, or remotely, providing various services such as therapy discharge, incident management, equipment review, therapy follow-up, re-supply, removal, and discontinuation, following detailed protocols of Air Liquide.
- Notify the responsible personnel of therapeutic compliance, detected anomalies, equipment removals, and malfunctions.
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and disinfection standards, and use work tools and systems appropriately.
- Follow current work procedures and use associated equipment and systems for task execution and coordination.
