It is an incredible time to join our team and become one of the first ‘xplorers’ that help us grow and expand Xplore Group in Spain. Xplore Group is the most successful independent JAVA and PHP solution provider in the Benelux, present in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain. Xplore Group consists of 45 competence centres, each with their own focus on technologies like AWS, Salesforce, Hybris, RPA, Kubernetes. We have grown from 400 to 1200 employees in the last three years.

We work in multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing good practices and high standards. We utilize testing, continuous integration, and delivery to reduce time to market for our clients.

What you will be doing

You will work on international projects as part of a squad with team members from Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Communication will be in English and memes, using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

You will collaborate with team members and clients to define, design, and develop new functionalities, applying SOLID principles and creating unit tests validated with CI in Jenkins and Sonar.

The first week

You will set up your MacBook PRO and equipment, meet Alfredo Gil, our Managing Partner and CTO, and start your training, including a weekly meal.

In 30 days

You will be an active member of your squad, contributing your skills and helping shape our culture. Your English will improve, and you'll enjoy working in an international environment.

In three months

You will take responsibility for a key part of the e-commerce project, with your work recognized by the client. You will be performing at maximum capacity, impacting thousands of clients daily, and celebrating your success with your team.
