Overview

Marketing Manager B2B role at CGI. Hybrid work model in Palma de Mallorca.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager B2B with 5+ years in technology with a SaaS sales model and at least 3 years leading demand generation and a small team, accustomed to mid / long advisory cycles and high switching costs environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound / SEO marketing strategies and paid B2B marketing (LinkedIn and Google).
  • Plan and execute webinars and partnerships with other companies.
  • Manage end-to-end lead processes (ICP, MQL / SQL, lead scoring, nurturing) and handoff to Sales.
  • Work with KPIs such as CAC, payback, LTV / CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, demo rate, and landing page conversion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience with a SaaS sales model.
  • At least 3 years leading demand generation and a small team.
  • Experience with consultative sales cycles and high switching costs environments.
  • Proficiency in inbound / SEO, B2B paid marketing, webinars, partnerships, and end-to-end lead management.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, payback, LTV / CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, demo rate, and landing page conversion.
  • Location : Hybrid in Palma de Mallorca.
