Jefe / a de Partida de Banquetes

The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, located in Marbella, is seeking a Banquet Supervisor / Head of Service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform qualified control and supervision functions for the assigned section and/or service under the direction of the Head of Kitchen.
2. Carry out the typical duties of a cook, and additionally:
3. Participate in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods.
4. Prepare reports on resource management and processes of your section and/or service.
5. Assist in training the staff under your supervision.

Essential requirements:

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio / Superior).
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Type of contract: Fixed-discontinuous contract.
