Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell LED product solutions to focused system integrators and partners in Greater Madrid.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Drive both direct sales and partner‑driven sales.
  • Initiate promotional events for the company.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
  • Use various lead generation tools to create a database of potential targets.
  • Participate in business development activities to build a healthy project pipeline.
  • Use the company CRM tools to build a sales pipeline of prospects, accounts and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure sales campaigns align with the company’s vision.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Work alongside operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Base in Madrid with frequent travel to meet customers nationwide; also work from the Barcelona office and showroom for customer demonstrations and meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Great business acumen and solid commercial skills.

  • Ability and flair for selling and building long‑term business relationships.
  • Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and close.
  • Technical understanding and AV knowledge, ideally in LED.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

  • Prepared to go “above and beyond” when the business requires it.
  • Startup mindset.
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Very good English level.

Experience & Education

  • Strong network within the AV industry.
  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the AV industry (LED knowledge is an advantage).
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.

Compensation

  • Attractive salary.
  • Commission package based on annual revenue target.
  • 25 days annual holiday + Spanish national holidays.
