OKU es una colección de hoteles boutique de lujo relajado, creados para el viajero moderno. Está inspirado en el concepto japonés homónimo de “espacio interior”: crea experiencias inspiradoras y entornos hermosos donde los huéspedes pueden reconectarse y descubrir su yo interior.

Nuestro objetivo es brindar a los huéspedes un servicio de primera clase en un espacio relajado pero centrado en el diseño, donde puedan relajarse, revitalizarse y despertar sus sentidos.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Permiso de trabajo para trabajar en la UE / Ibiza.
• Limpiar y desinfectar a fondo las habitaciones, incluyendo baños, camas, suelos y superficies.
• Cambiar la ropa de cama y las toallas, asegurándose de que estén impecables y bien colocadas.
• Reemplazar los amenities del baño y reponer el minibar según sea necesario.
• Aspirar y fregar los suelos, eliminando cualquier rastro de polvo o suciedad.
• Ordenar y organizar los objetos personales de los huéspedes, respetando su privacidad.
• Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de la habitación, como la televisión, el aire acondicionado y la iluminación.
• Informar a sus superiores sobre cualquier objeto perdido o encontrado en las habitaciones, así como cualquier problema o incidencia.
  

Que aportes:

• La responsabilidad de realizar de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones, baños, pasillos y áreas comunes, limpiar las áreas asignadas y realizar labores auxiliares, entre otras.
• Habilidades de escucha activa y de comunicación eficaces.
• Experiencia en hoteles de 5* (valorable).
• Simpatía, amabilidad y buena presencia.

What do we expect from you?

• Work permit to work in the EU / Ibiza.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are spotless and well-placed.
• Replace bathroom amenities and restock the minibar as needed.
• Vacuum and mop floors, removing any trace of dust or dirt.
• Tidy and organize guests’ personal belongings, respecting their privacy.
• Verify the proper functioning of room equipment, such as the television, air conditioning, and lighting.
• Inform manager of any lost or found items in the rooms, as well as any problems or incidents.

What you bring:

• You have the responsibility of carrying out in a qualified manner the cleaning and arrangement of the rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas, cleaning the assigned areas, and carrying out auxiliary tasks, among others.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Experience in 5* hotels (valuable).
• Sympathy, kindness, and good presence.
