Are you a hands-on technical professional with leadership experience? We are looking for a Technical Leader to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a hotel in Mallorca. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations to ensure smooth hotel functioning
• Manage maintenance and repair of all facilities and infrastructure
• Plan and supervise minor renovation and maintenance projects
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Assist with budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and energy costs
• Supervise staff scheduling and training for the technical team

What You Bring:

• Technical qualification with leadership experience in maintenance or engineering
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Goal-oriented and structured approach to work
• Reliable, independent, and proactive mindset
