Responsibilities

• Understand the technical needs of positions, departments, and projects
• Communicate with Hiring Managers to stay on track with scheduled production plans
• Post job descriptions on websites and university boards
• Report on the status of selection processes
• Attend job fairs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting IT or artistic profiles
• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, VFX, or Video Game industries (desired)
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a similar field
• Experience in Recruitment 2.0
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
