Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
• Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to meet project objectives.
• Optimize application performance and identify technical risks, proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with technology providers and document processes.
• Validate and test solutions, train end users, and ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation, team training, and community knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate new products and drive technological innovation.

Knowledge / Experience

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; other clouds are a plus.
• Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
• Understanding of DevOps/Agile and SDLC principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
