Function
The water division of the FCC group is seeking to hire a Logistics Warehouse Supervisor in Motril, as well as a purchasing technician. Their main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and coordinate with the production line the procurement operations of the contract to ensure the optimal functioning of the warehouse.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining sufficient stock to guarantee replenishment of warehouses in the defined influence area for the logistics center, including requesting and comparing procurement of materials in collaboration with service managers.
- Contact suppliers and coordinate their supply.
- Perform periodic replenishments for materials consumed in the influence area warehouses.
- Manage transportation of replenishment materials sent to each service.
- Use the warehouse management application to record material entries and exits, approve purchases, and perform monthly internal billing closures of replenishments.
- Manage orders, delivery notes, and invoices related to warehouse materials.
- Maintain and update inventory, reviewing minimum stock levels.
- Report potential logistical issues with suppliers.
- Maintain a system of indicators for proper warehouse management, providing suggestions and improvements.
- Supervise, plan, and control daily warehouse operations.
- Prepare reports on material quality and suitability, along with other necessary tasks for the role.
Requirements and Qualifications
Higher Degree in Transport and Logistics or equivalent.
At least 1 year in similar roles.
- Essential Specific Knowledge:
Office Package, Driving License B.
- Valuable Specific Knowledge:
Occupational Risk Prevention Course; Forklift Course.
English Level B2.
