Description

Are you a motivated individual seeking a fulfilling career in customer care within the realm of digital banking? Are you fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English? If so, then join us as a Customer Service Representative in Malaga (Hybrid) for Bank Norwegian, a branch of NOBA Bank Group, where you will provide outstanding customer service both through email and incoming calls to our customers.

What you will do in this role

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
  • Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian and an advanced level of English.
  • Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience.
  • Have previous experience in customer service.
  • Have good communication, written, and listening skills.

It would be a plus if:

  • Have previous experience in invoicing, banking, or collection industry is good to have, but not a must — as you will get relevant training in the field.

Offer

  • Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 08.00 -16.00, Friday from 09.00 - 16.00.
  • Annual Base Salary: €20,400. Bonus available after 8 months: up to €2,160 gross/year.
